Chef Michel believes that "you should at first eat your food with your eyes" before feasting upon it with your palate. He is adamant about always using the freshest and most seasonal ingredients in a straightforward and creative manner without any preservatives or chemical additives. As such, he uses his French-trained techniques to make his "in demand" sauces and presentations into a unique and beautiful mélange of American culinary and presentational influences. We change our menus several times annually.  -Bon Appétit!
