Chef Michel Bardavid uses his French-trained gastronomic techniques to make his "in demand" sauces and presentations. He incorporates the beautiful American mélange of culinary and presentational influences which introduce creative ways to implement unique products and creativity. Plate presentations at the Secret Garden are always a special surprise to our customers since Chef Michel believes that "you should at first eat your food with your eyes" before feasting upon it with your palate. He is adamant about always using the freshest and most seasonal ingredients in the most straightforward manner, since there are absolutely no preservatives or chemical additives in any of the cuisine. We change our menus several times annually, as well as our weekly lunch and dinner specials menus. Be sure to ask Chef Michel about his special gastronomic 5-12 course tasting dinners.
